My Packer Babies February 6, 2009

I recently found these awesome pics!!!  Daddy being a Green Bay Packers football fan, the kids were always outfitted with Packer clothes.  I just had to get these side by side!  I had found a Packer blanket and when I looked at Zac’s picture later, it looks like he has little teddy bear ears!  When Reagan was born, I just had to do the same pose.  Awwww…. My sweet packer babies!!!

Reagan’s Animals February 6, 2009

I have to admit that I am a clutter queen!  Can’t seem to get away from that or retrain myself to get things picked up off the floors.  Having Reagan, a 3 1/2 yr old, doesn’t help.  She drags everything from her room downstairs and we have evidence of this in each room of the house!  Even Zac’s toys.  If they are downstairs we know he didn’t do it.  Reagan helped herself to his possessions and relocated them to more common areas of the house.  Mostly where foot traffic is heavy so we end up piercing our feet on little lego pieces!

One day, in her desire to have things out of place (my diagnosis being backward OCD), she brought every stuffed animal she had downstairs.  She put them all on the couch and then climbed in to watch t.v.  It actually was kinda cute, but, no different than every other day, I knew that later, I’d be in for a discussion on why they ALL don’t belong downstairs.  This would be followed by some crying because she “CAN’T do it all”, meaning take them all back upstairs.  What a slave-driver I am!  Geesh!

Here is her moment of “calm before the clean-up storm”.  Can you find her?  It’s like the “Where’s Waldo”!!

Nothing more to say but…. Reagan. February 6, 2009

I am falling way behind on my documentation!!  But here goes my newest list…

Friday Jan 30 -

We went to the YMCA to swim.  We had been swimming for at least 45 minutes and I had to take Reagan to the bathroom.  Since I was in there, I decided to “go” as well.  While trying to get my wet suit bottoms up, I was saying things like “Can’t get these up!”, “Too tight”… ugh! ugh!!  Reagan promptly responds to me… “It might be ‘cuz your butt’s too big.”

Sunday Feb 1 -

I was heading outside to get the Sunday paper.  While putting on my coat… Reagan notices and says “It’s really, really, really cold outside.  That’s a lot of degrees!”

Wednesday Feb 4 -

While picking up Zac from school, we were parked waiting for him to be released.  I was playing music in the van.  Reagan was in the very back seat.  I was working on my sudoku when she says “Mommy, I can sing upside down!”  “Really??” I asked.  “Yes” she says, very proud of herself.  I look away for a second and when I look in the rearview mirror I see only tiny legs and feet, with shoes on the wrong feet, sticking up.  Her head was hanging down off the seat and she was… indeed… singing upside-down.  Who knew she had this talent??

I can’t remember if I previously logged this, but she also informed, a month or so ago, that she can sing with her eyes closed too.  Is there no end to her abilities??
